1: Snatch push press + overhead squat: 10 rounds – Every 90 seconds, perform:

-1x snatch push press + 1x overhead squat

Work Capacity:

1: 5 rounds – EMOM, perform:

-10x thrusters (42kg /30kg)

-20 Toes to bar

2: Complete the following for time:

-Row 1,000m

-50x thrusters (barbell)

-30x pull ups
